Would your family like to join Farmstead? Are you a longtime bondholder who would like to transfer your bond and membership to a new family?
Many families inquire about bonds in early spring and summer months. Members are encouraged to place their names on the list as soon as possible. The bond sellers list below is updated regularly and prospective members are directed to this list when purchasing a bond.

How to purchase a bond
- Contact one of the bondholders and negotiate a price. Check here for available bonds.
- When an agreement is reached, both the seller and the buyer fill out the bond transfer form which is located under the downloads category of the web site.
- The buyer delivers the bond to the membership chairman and the $300 bond transfer fee in the form of a check made out to Farmstead Pool & Racquet Club. The buyer is issued a new bond.
- Annual membership dues and capital improvement fees are $695 Payment must be received each year via the post office box listed above by May 1. Members are emailed by March 1.
Please note: names are not removed until bonds are officially transferred.
